Nazmi is an AI consulting and implementation practice founded by Isaac Kargar, a senior AI research engineer who works directly with clients and delivery partners from architecture to handover.

Isaac is an AI research engineer: a PhD researcher in machine learning and robotics at Aalto University who has spent 10+ years building and shipping production AI — computer vision, robotics, recommender systems, LLM applications, AI agents, and MLOps. The path runs from AI engineering at Silo AI (acquired by AMD) to Principal AI Scientist, and co-founding an AI startup as Chief AI Officer.

You work directly with Isaac as principal on every engagement — the person you talk to is the person who builds the system — and when scope needs it, Nazmi scales with a small network of vetted senior collaborators, never a junior handoff. The depth runs across a few fields — agents, retrieval, small and on-prem models, vision and robotics, anomaly detection — with the range to connect them where a real problem crosses boundaries.

Selected delivery includes recommender systems and AI agents for a retail-technology engagement, ML workflows on Azure Machine Learning and Databricks for an enterprise telecom engagement, and RAG, MLOps, and anomaly detection across support, healthcare, and energy.
